Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Overview

Yellow Belt is a great starting point for learning more about Lean Six Sigma. It provides a toolkit that can be immediately applied to empower teams to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities within their own processes and to take a structured, data driven approach to continuous improvement in the workplace.

The Yellow Belt programme is also suitable for Managers who need to take the role of local champions and facilitators of continuous improvement activity.

The course provides a practical toolkit to enable attendees to see their processes through fresh eyes and be able to immediately start to identify and implement C.I opportunities.
